For details of your successful orders, you can visit “My Ticket” page to view your orders and the QR Codes after logging in to KKTIX website. No returns or refunds for any duplicated orders.

預購方式說明 How To Pre-Order
- 本活動採用全電子票券形式。成功購買後，您可隨時在 KKTIX App 或 KKTIX 網站查看到取貨 QR Code。您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX App，取貨時以智慧型手機app出示 QR Code。
Only e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App and KKTIX website upon successful purchase. You can download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play to display your QR code for picking up your order.
- 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券為取貨 QR Code，一組 QR Code 限一件商品使用。如您購買的是多件貨品，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
The QR code on your e-ticket is for picking up your order. One QR code can only be used by one item. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
- 本活動支援 VISA / Mastercard 信用卡付款及ATM虛擬代碼付款。
This event accepts VISA / Mastercard credit cards and virtual ATM payments.
- 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電子郵件。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂購。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.

- 本次活動為實名制，現場取貨時須出示正本身分證件（僅限身分證、健保卡、駕照、護照）。
This event is name-based, please show your ID card or passport when picking up.
- 訂購完成後恕無法自行更改訂購者身份資訊，僅開放活動期間經戶政事務所證明改名，以致於需變更姓名者，請私訊OU-EN EVENT粉絲專頁，或由訂單頁面點選「聯絡主辦」。
It's not possible to change the ordering infromation after purchase, we'll only accept if your name has changed during the pre-order period and have a household registration office legal document that can proof the name-change.Please click on "Contact Organizer" buttom on KKTIX page or send direct message to OU-EN EVENT's fanpage.
- 取消訂單及後續退款流程於KKTIX平台線上辦理。依據KKTIX平台規範，退票時將酌收10%手續費、且活動前 10 天內（不含活動日）不予退票。
Order cancellation and refund process will be done online on KKTIX platform. Due to platform regulation, there will be 10% handling fee charged by the platform. And it is not possible to cancel order from 10 days before the event started ( event day not included ) .
- 因商品為專屬於動漫節現場的現貨活動，為保持公平性，若未於預約的活動日當天領取訂購商品，將於KKTIX平台取消訂單。依據KKTIX平台規範，退票時平台將酌收 10% 手續費後，將餘款退還給消費者。
Since the product is spot goods only for TiCA, for equlity issues, if you are'nt able to pick up yout item on reservation day. We will refund your order from KKTIX. Due to platform regulations, it will be charged of 10% handling fee when refund happens, the rest will be paid back to customer.
- 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其購買資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的商品費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。
If any unusual transactions, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded.
- 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
